We deliver to the DC metropolitan area, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland. Orders past 45 minutes from D.C. we do charge a $20 delivery fee to account for distance, and time.

What are your hours?

Purple Penthouse cannabis delivery service is open seven days a week from 10PM to 9:30PM. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions we haven’t answered in our FAQ’s.

How old do I have to be?

You must be 21 years of age to donate to Purple Penthouse.

Is there a delivery fee?

Cannabis delivery from Purple Penthouse is absolutely free. Order for same day delivery in the Washington DC area and never pay a delivery fee if you are in the DC area. You can place an order online in just minutes right from your phone. Delivery fee’s vary if you are over state lines.

How do I pay?

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tips are greatly encouraged. Especially on orders 45 minutes or further from DC. Think about it as tipping your server at a restaurant. Our drivers truly go the distance, no pun intended.

Do I need to receive my order in person?

Yes, absolutely. You will need to be present with a valid ID in order to receive your delivery order. Friends or family members are not allowed to accept an order on your behalf.

Is the delivery discrete?

Yes, delivery from Purple Penthouse is always discrete. We drive plain cars and wear plain clothes. Your neighbors won’t suspect a thing. If you have special delivery requests or requirements, you can provide them in the order notes on the checkout page.

What is a valid ID?

A valid ID is required for all purchases. A valid ID can be a driver’s license, state issued ID or passport. There are no exceptions and our ID checking policy is strict.
